I am a mother, therapist, poet, and guide in devotion to the body as a path of liberation.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: the body is a compass, and love is the way home.
I came to this path through both study and initiation. My training in counseling, somatic practice, trauma recovery, meditation, and nature-based wisdom has shaped how I listen. But grief, reconnection, pregnancy, birth, and motherhood have taught me how transformation asks to be met.
For me, liberation is not an idea. It is a practice of returning to voice, choice, sensation, truth, and the quiet knowing within.
The spaces I create are not built around fixing or prescribing. They are places to soften, be witnessed, remember what is true, and return to the body as a source of guidance.
I support women at the edge of becoming as they reclaim self-trust, embodied choice, and the path back to love.
