I am a mother, therapist, and guide in devotion to the path of liberation.
For me, liberation is not a destination — it’s a practice. A return to voice, to choice, to the wisdom of the body and heart. I believe healing unfolds in right relationship — with ourselves, with others, and with the earth beneath us. It asks us to meet what arises with grace, to take responsibility with compassion, and to trust in the quiet knowing that already lives within.
I came to this path through both formal study and lived experience — guided by teachers in the fields of healing, nature-based wisdom, meditation, and trauma recovery. My training has deepened my tools, but it is my own journey through grief, reconnection, mothering, and remembering that has shaped how I hold space. The offerings I now create are an expression of this integration — uniquely attuned to each person’s unfolding, and grounded in the belief that healing cannot be prescribed, only met.
